EagleEye IV-12x, Producer & Director
RealPresence Group 700 systems are designed for larger, multi-purpose room environments. The Polycom EagleEyeIV-12x camera with 12x Zoom is recommended for larger venues. It offers brilliant visual clarity with a 4k sensor. The Group 700 is often installed with multiple cameras to allow front and rear views of classrooms and auditoriums. The EagleEye Producer and EagleEye Director products automatically zoom-in on a speaker while maintaining a view of the entire meeting.
HD 1080p Option
RealPresence Group Series 700 codecs are designed as 1080p60 capable but sold as HD 720. HD 1080p can be activated via an optional license key, providing the flexibility to make calls at 720p, 1080p, or 1080p60.
Multipoint Option
Optional built-in multipoint can host video calls with up to 8 participants in HD quality. For midsize organizations, this makes RealPresence Group 700 a great fit at a main headquarters location or board room, hosting multipoint calls with other groups, plus mobile and desktop users.
Lync Interop Option
Skype for Business and Lync Solutions can be optimized by installing the Polycom Lync Interop License, an option available to all Polycom RealPresence Group Series systems. Polycom solutions for Lync and Skype for Business extend the benefits of the Microsoft Lync and Skype for Business network solutions to traditional video conferencing systems and unify communications across work environments.

Polycom Service Agreements
Polycom requires the purchase of a one-year service agreement to accompany any new videoconference equipment purchase. The required service agreement provides for technical support by phone, overnight replacement of failed components, and unlimited access to software upgrades.
